EFFECTIVE INJECTABLE WATERPROOFING IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND

Whether you have a new construction project or require remedial repairs, Stop & Seal UK Ltd offers injectable waterproofing to stop water ingress. We provide a combination of our Stop and Seal injectable product, along with traditional waterproofing, serving customers in Liverpool and throughout the UK. Our solution works on leaking expansion joints, slab cracks from poor formwork, lift shafts, basement leaks, hydro-static slab cracks and piling foundation leaks, to name a few.

Injectable waterproofing may be required when a structure experiences water infiltration through cracks, gaps, or joints that cannot be effectively sealed with traditional waterproofing materials or techniques. This may occur due to ageing, settling, structural damage, or other factors. If you can see damp patches or other signs of water damage, contact our water engineers at Stop & Seal UK Ltd for a consultation today.

WHAT WE OFFER

The process of injectable waterproofing typically involves the following steps:

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface to be waterproofed is cleaned and prepared to ensure that it is free of debris, dust, and other contaminants.

CRACK IDENTIFICATION

The cracks and gaps in the surface are identified and evaluated to determine the most suitable injection strategy.

INJECTION HOLE DRILLING

A single injection hole is core drilled beside the crack to allow for the injection of the Stop and Seal waterproofing material.

INJECTION

The waterproofing material is injected into the cracks or gaps under pressure, filling the crack and sealing the surface.

CURE TIME

We then spray the injected fluid with a chemical to make the Stop and Seal waterproofing “go off” and fill the crack with a solid rubber.

VERSATILE APPLICATIONS

Injectable waterproofing is an effective technique for repairing and preventing water infiltration in structures. It can help extend the lifespan of the structure while protecting it from water damage. Injectable waterproofing is commonly used in a variety of applications, including:

  • Sealing foundation walls and basements

  • Waterproofing concrete slabs and roofs

  • Repairing and waterproofing underground structures, such as tunnels, parking structures, and subway stations
